S., with a combined international experience of more than 40 years in USA and India in the areas of corporate management and IT solution services. Mr. V. Narayanan,
President

Founder of ICM and an MBA (USA), CPA (Texas) & CMA. He worked in the US for over 13 years and held various management positions in Fortune 500 companies. Prior to forming ICM he was with Lone Star Gas, USA, as Vice President/Treasurer. He was the youngest officer of the company and was instrumental in saving millions by effectively automating various company activities. Know more about our President.

Mrs. Kalyani Narayanan,
Vice President

Kalyani, has an undergraduate degree from University of Houston, and has done Executive Program in Management from IIM-Bangalore. She brings more than 17 years of experience in IT of which she had worked 6 years in the U.S. She was part of management of Covansys (India), a multinational IT solutions provider where she was responsible for two of its Fortune-100 clients. Prior to Covansys, she worked as a key individual of ICM growing the firm into a successful operation from the first year itself. She contributed to the growth by executing several software projects on variety of technologies. Her industry experience includes telecommunications, oil & gas, manufacturing and insurance. She is well versed in international quality standards such as ISO-9001 and CMM-Level-5. She has a degree in Computer Science (USA) and is a CDP.
